Thanks for the video. You didn't mention that an enlarged prostate can cause sufficient restriction in the urethra that retrograde ejaculation can happen. That was my experience and so when I was told this would likely be a side effect of prostate reduction (turp) surgery I wasn't concernedand went ahead. Sure enough, no change in ejaculation but enormous improvement in urination.

Thank you for the video. I have had severe pain and pressure and thought I had another UTI was given antibiotics and the test which was late, said I actually was clear. Then I had a 😮hemmeroid that bled. I was treated for the hemmeroid but then all the pain and pressure returned. Tomorrow I go back to Urology. Hope I find out what’s going on with me??
